Dominatecom ("We", "Our", or "Us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and clients to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and applicable international copyright laws (including Israeli Copyright Law), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Takedown Notice (Reporting Infringement)
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service (e.g., in our portfolio, blog, or client showcases), please submit your notice in writing to the attention of "Copyright Agent" of Dominatecom
Your notice must include the following information (the "DMCA Notice"):

3. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this policy or its application at any time.
